PLANS RESUBMITTED

We’re excited to give some frequent updates regarding our development efforts as they occur. 

The big recent update is: our phase 2 plans have been resubmitted to the City of Riverside as of last week! Once plans are approved, we will receive building permits and can begin construction. Typically there are a few rounds plan check comments and resubmittals. This is our third submittal for phase two. 

This submittal is particularly significant because they were submitted with the “stamps” of our new design team. As you may know, we changed architects and builders during the design phase of this project. This proved to be a big undertaking, requiring months of coordination to onboard new consultants to not only catch them up, but bring our plans to a new stage of completion. 

Pray for a speedy review at the City – and for no revisions! If revisions are required, let’s pray for a speedy turn-around and resubmittal from our consultants. We will keep you posted!
