When someone places their trust in Jesus, they are invited to a team of people who together can make a significant impact! Our hope for you is that you would play a role on a volunteer team at Stone Arbor, so that you can experience the growth that happens when you serve others. VolunTour

11:00 AM on the Third Sunday of each month

You’re invited to join us for a VolunTour on the third Sunday of each month during first service at 11:00 AM. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at our Sunday volunteer teams, and then afterward you’ll be invited to join one of the teams. Sign up for a “VolunTour” to let us know you’ll be coming!

Our Teams

Each of our Volunteer Teams give you a chance to build friendships with others. You’ll also get to use your gifts to contribute in creating a welcoming and worshipful environment. Most teams serve on a monthly rotation so you can stay refreshed. Check out each of our teams!

  • The first ones in who set up the major equipment used across the campus. Great for men who like to wake up early and enjoy serving and working with their hands. (Men only)

  • The last ones out who tear down all the major equipment used across the campus. Great for men who like to sleep in a bit and enjoy serving and working with their hands. (Men only)

  • It's important that we welcome our guests with a smile from their first moment on campus. Our parking team greets our guests with a smile and helps welcome people on campus.

  • These are the friendly people who welcome you and give you a name tag as you come in! Great for people who are outgoing and enjoy meeting new people.

  • This team brews our coffee (bless them!) helps with donuts on donut days and hosts the table as people enjoy our free refreshments. Great for people who enjoy hosting, serving and behind-the-scenes work.

  • If you consider yourself to be detail-oriented and enjoy light background work, then this team would be a great fit. They handle minor setup, including arranging chairs in neat rows, perform headcounts, and help process connection cards.

  • This team helps make sure that the words are on the screen and that the video stream gets out to the courtyard worship venue. Great for people who enjoy technical set up and working with electronics.

  • Plug in XLR’s, mic up the drum kit, set up the speakers, and learn to mix front-of-house! Great for people with a musical bent who love working with technical things.

  • We have a rotating group of people who ensure that our entire campus is safe from distractions and harm. Great for those with experience in law enforcement, as first-responders, or who feel responsible for the safety of those around them. (previous serving experience at Stone Arbor is required).

  • We are excited to invest in the next generation to help them learn to live fully devoted lives to Jesus! If you love working with kids, have teaching gifts, and are motivated to help others grow in their faith this team could be a great fit for you. Because we take the safety of our kids very seriously, we require a background check for volunteers in this area as well as prior serving experience at Stone Arbor.
